Founded by Shelby Turecamo. His hands on experience from Westhampton to Montauk has been baked in and fulfills the true Hamptons requirements. His first job was at 14 years old working locally at a lumber yard after school. From there went on to glazing (glass and mirrors), landscaping, pool service, hospitality, contracting, the Town of Southampton, accounting, and the installation of advanced onsite wastewater systems.

He personally maintains all licensing and certification required for pool services and construction. These certificates are Certified Builder Professional, Certified Service Technician, Certified Watershape Finish Specialist, and NPC Pool Startup Technician. Also actively involved member of Long Island Pool and Spa Association, Northeast Pool and Spa Association, Pool and Hot Tub Alliance, and National Plasterers Council. 

Graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Finance from University of Tampa. Noted for winning the Naimoli Institute Strategic Analysis Program competition.
