1. Service Agreement

This agreement is between Tidal Pool Care (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) and the client (hereinafter referred to as “the Client”) for the provision of pool maintenance, repair, and related services as described on our website and agreed upon in writing.

2. Scope of Services

The Company agrees to provide the following services as selected by the Client:

  1. Weekly Cleaning & Maintenance: Consistent cleaning and maintenance to keep pools clear and safe. This includes skimming, vacuuming, brushing, and equipment inspection.
  2. Filter Maintenance: Routine cleaning and grid replacement to ensure optimal circulation and filtration.
  3. Water Testing & Chemical Balancing: Regular water testing and precise chemical adjustments to maintain a safe and healthy swimming environment.
  4. Equipment Repair: Expert diagnostics and repair services for pumps, heaters, salt systems, and other pool equipment.

3. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

  • Provide safe access to the pool area for the Company’s technicians.
  • Ensure that all pets are secured during service visits.
  • Provide accurate information regarding the pool’s condition and any existing issues.
  • Adhere to the recommended chemical levels and usage guidelines provided by the Company.

4. Payment Terms

Payment for services is due as specified in the invoice. We offer convenient online invoicing through QuickBooks Online. Late payments may be subject to interest charges. The Company reserves the right to suspend services for accounts with outstanding balances.

5. Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel or reschedule services with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

6. Liability

The Company is not liable for damages resulting from pre-existing conditions or issues not disclosed by the Client. Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not responsible for damage caused by severe weather, natural disasters, or other events beyond our control.

7. Warranty

The Company provides a warranty on repair services for a period of [Insert Warranty Period, e.g., 30 days] from the date of service. This warranty covers defects in workmanship and materials. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear.
